Over 450 aspiring tea entrepreneurs have attended our seminar since 1999. Your two free textbooks, including THE NEW TEA COMPANION by Jane Pettigrew and Bruce Richardson, and GUIDE TO RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT will be shipped immediately upon registering.

Classes begins Saturday at 1:30 and ends Sunday at 6:30. Sunday lunch is included.


This year's seminar host is TEA & Etiquette and Tea MasterClass alum Sheila Duda, owner of TeaLula in Park Ridge, Illinois. See her location, education space, and tea shop online.

TeaLula is located just 20 minutes from Chicago's O'Hare Airport. Accommodations are not included but a wide variety of affordable hotels are just minutes away.

I enjoyed every minute of the seminar, and Bruce and Shelley are warm and entertaining speakers. Informative lectures and beautiful surroundings with people who have raised tea food presentation to an art form!

I've read about tea tasting in books and taken an online course on tea but, for me, learning that has to be hands-on, just the way we experienced it in this class.
