Tea Maestro Bruce Richardson has put together five teas that will introduce you to the flavors unique to China. These are just a few of the exceptional tea he discovers on his  trips to the gardens.

Bi Luo Chun - Organic AAA Grade is plucked in early March and processed in several steps to achieve a curly spiral. It's packed with healthy antioxidants. (15g)

Longjing Grade AA Organic - This small leaf tea is picked in early April and handcrafted through 10 meticulous steps. Yields a silky smooth mouthfeel with no astringency. (12g)

Grand Keemun - All Keemun (Qimen) teas come from the Anhui Province of China. This is a superior grade with a bit more bold body than our standard Keemun. Like a rich burgundy wine, you'll love the mouthfeel of this well-crafted tea. (15g)

Yunnan Gold Dian Hong Jin Hao - Filled with golden tips, this mellow and soft black tea steeps to a delicious silky rich golden liquor with a bit of lingering sweetness. Has just enough earthiness to remind you that it comes from the birthplace of tea. (15)

Ti Kwan Yin - Named for the Goddess of Mercy, this is one of China's classic oolongs. Each cup is filled with enticing aromas and unforgettable flavors. You'll get several infusions with every cup if you steep in small amounts at lower temperatures. (15g)

T-sac #2 infuser bags - 20 convenient one-use bags perfect for cups and mugs that allow your tea to expand while the leaves re-hydrate, allowing for better water circulation as the full flavor of the tea is released into the liquor.
